We acknowledge a grievance within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days of receipt.
For a data protection complaint you may approach the Data Protection Board of India after raising it with us first. For other consumer complaints, the consumer forums at Ahmedabad have jurisdiction.
Write to security@xwits.dev. Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it. Please give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing publicly.
We will not pursue legal action against anyone who reports a vulnerability in good faith, does not access data beyond what is needed to demonstrate it, and does not degrade the Service for others.
